About Us

Supporting Human Dignity Through Grace, Competence and Integrity

ENAAG.™ (Empowering New Approaches to Ageing and Growth) is an Australian-founded education, consulting, research, and thought leadership organisation dedicated to advancing human dignity across the ageing journey and beyond.

We believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity throughout life.

As populations age and human service systems become increasingly complex, there is a growing need for approaches that combine professional excellence with genuine human connection. ENAAG was established to help meet this need by strengthening the knowledge, capability, leadership, and ethical practice of those who support others.

Our work sits at the intersection of ageing, healthy ageing, workforce capability, ethical practice, leadership development, organisational culture, and human-centred systems.

Our Vision

To become a globally recognised institute advancing human dignity, workforce excellence, and ethical leadership across ageing, health, and community services.

Our Mission

To strengthen workforce capability, develop ethical leaders, and advance evidence-informed practices that uphold human dignity across the ageing journey.

Our Philosophy

At ENAAG, we believe that human dignity flourishes when two essential foundations work together.

Grace

Grace reminds us that every person matters.

Competence

Competence ensures that good intentions are matched by effective action.

About the Founder

Saima Shaukat Ali

ENAAG.™ was founded by Saima Ali, a Registered Nurse, Clinical Educator, Bioethics-Informed Educator, Public Health Researcher, Author, and Advocate for Human Dignity.

Through years of experience in aged care, dementia care, workforce education, ethical practice, and research, Saima witnessed both the challenges and extraordinary moments of humanity that occur within care environments.

These experiences highlighted a simple truth: technical expertise alone is not enough.

Exceptional outcomes require the integration of grace, competence, and integrity.

This insight became the foundation for ENAAG and continues to shape its vision, philosophy, and future direction.
